After the success of our Fall Fashion Swap, The Ethical Writers Coalition is pleased to present our Spring Fashion Swap, Saturday, May 2nd, 1 to 4 pm at the vintage store La Luz, 135 Thames Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. (Jefferson L stop)
A fashion swap is the most sustainable, ethical, and social way to refresh your spring wardrobe! Arrive at 1 pm to drop off your clothing, shoes, and accessories for the swap and enjoy organic cocktails by Owl’s Brew and music by DJ Tanja while you scope out clothing coming in. The swap officially opens at 2 pm, so don’t be late or you’ll miss the best items!
This time we’ll be organizing by sizes to make your clothes hunting even easier. In addition to sizes small to large, Ty-Juana Flores from Style Your Curves will be curating a special plus-size section, so bring your best size 10+ apparel and share your pieces with ladies like you.
The first 50 ladies to buy a ticket get a swag bag filled with eco-friendly goodies and discounts to ethical retailers. Proceeds to benefit GrowNYC.
