You still need sunglasses in the winter, you just need seasonally appropriate ones. So I was excited to receive* a pair of rich, dark wood, feminine-shaped sunglasses by the Texas company WoodyGlass.
Three ways in which they are better than other wood sunglass brands: 1. They are completely recycled or reclaimed wood, instead of plastic fronts and wood arms. 2. They are affordable, at $55 to $75. And they come in a variety of shapes: girly, edgy, retro, and traditional. The ones you see here are the Corrinas, made from Brazilian rosewood. I’ve already gotten several compliments on them. They came in this dope bamboo case, too.
Shop Woody at their website. (That’s why it’s so cheap–no retail markup!)
*This means I requested and received a free pair to try and photograph.
