The fourth semi-annual Ethical Writers Coalition’s Fashion Swap was full of both friends and fans of the EWC’s sustainable bloggers! Our biggest one yet, the fashion swap was organized by the EWC’s events chair, Faye Lessler of Sustaining Life.
Garden Collage, the new online publication melding garden and lifestyle content to beautiful effect, provided the organic reusable bags for the first 30 ticket buyers. Givrr, a groundbreaking peer-to-peer donation marketplace that is set to launch next year, also kindly sponsored the event. It will be a monthly style box that goes easy on your wallet while keeping secondhand clothing out of the landfill.

Meow Meow Tweet provided attendees with their new non-toxic deodrant sticks. It was a hot day, and several people admitted to trying it out right then and there!
Owl’s Brew provided delicious organic cocktail mixers, including a popular spicy lime and green tea flavor called Wicked Green. I was working the “bar,” mixing them with organic sparkling wine. Several attendees asked me where they could find Owl’s Brew. Here’s the answer!
