Daniel's Silverstein's sophisticated designs, made using zero-waste design and sustainable materials whenever possible, have a strong point of view. You'll immediately recognize his well-tailored, body-conscious dresses by the macabre but subtle references to death, bones, and ghouls, expressed through his print work and ornate woven cages over ethereal, gauzy fabric. This season, he amped it up, with boxy, luxurious separates thrown into the mix. The woman who wears his pieces is not a wallflower, nor a flirt. She's direct, confident, and has a gothic side. It's hard for her to find a man who lives up to her standards and expectations, but she doesn't mind going it alone.
